According to reports from Tripoli, a number of explosions have rocked the Libyan capital following an operation led by NATO warplanes. Rebels have meanwhile called for more support to fight the current regime. Without any external help, they believe they would be massacred. A representative of the rebels claimed 23 more people had been killed by the Gadhafi forces in the surroundings of Misrata.
