Southest Acquisition of Airtan
AirTan will continue to hold practices like seat assignments and bag fees despite being acquired by Southwest Airlines. Southwest only examined AirTan’s data today after it concluded the $1 billion purchase of the company and will defer any shift in the way operations are carried out, according to CEO Gary Kelly.
